Crushing process

River stone, which is with less mining cost, but with high value.After crushing, screening, the natural river stone is a very good raw materialsfor many industries, like water conservancy and hydropower, high-grade highways, high speed railway, bridge, airport pavement and runway, municipal engineering, buildings. The sand crushed from river stone are widely used as aggregates of concrete. The most rational solution of river pebble for making gravel currently is crushed by jaw crusher and cone crusher, and making gravel with impact crusher for tertiary crushing.

If you need to make the sands, a set of impact crusher will be needed after the cone crusher, for shaping the outputs into cubic shape. Then the outputs are transported to the vibrating screen for screening out the qualified outputs, the bigger ones will be transported back to the cone crusher or impact crusher for re-crushing.
